Rules for returning and exchanging goods

It is possible to exchange and return goods purchased on the official website www.anmirepose.com within 14 days from the moment of receipt.

• According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172, sleep masks, socks, bedding/underwear, perfumery, cosmetic products and earplugs - cannot be exchanged (returned).
• We must be sure that the goods being returned have not been altered or washed.
• When returning or exchanging goods, the original packaging must be preserved.
• If the product being returned does not have its original packaging, this will be grounds for refusing an exchange or refund for the product.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Gift certificates and gift wrapping are not subject to return or exchange.
• The manager makes the final decision on the exchange of goods or a refund for the goods, taking into account the condition of the items that are returned for compliance with the rules specified above.
• Refund to your account will be made within 30 calendar days from the moment of return of goods.

How to exchange?

To make a return request, or if you need a different size or color, please email us at support@anmirepose.com.

• Please tell us why you want to exchange or return the item. Is it too short or too long? Tight or vice versa? What are your parameters and height and why exactly did the item not fit or did not please you? Your short feedback will help us become better, and we really want it.
• The return/exchange application must include: order number and date, your name, the product you want to exchange or return, and the reasons for returning the product.
• After the manager's response, send the product for exchange in the original cardboard packaging to the address indicated by our manager. Please do not use plastic packaging for shipments.
• Shipping of goods for exchange or return is at the expense of the buyer.
